UpStreamLife collects certain limited information when the User registers on the Website, to receive notifications and during the usage of Services. Most of the personal data collected is directly provided by Users when registering and using the Services. Other data is collected by recording interactions with the Website.
- Account & Contact Data: When the User registers on the Website or avails of one of UpStreamLife’ Services, the User voluntarily give UpStreamLife certain information. This typically includes name, company name, email address, and sometimes phone number.
- Browser Data: When the User access the Website, UpStreamLife may detect the browser language and geolocation in order to customize the experience. UpStreamLife servers may also passively record a summary of the information sent by the User’s browser such as sessions, views and time spent for statistical, security and legal purposes: User IP address, the time and date of Website visit, browser version and platform, and the web page that referred the User to the Website.

- Account & Contact Data: UpStreamLife uses User contact information in order to provide Services, to answer requests, and for billing and account management reasons. UpStreamLife may also use this information for marketing and communication purposes (the marketing messages always come with a way for the User to opt-out at any time). If the User has expressed an interest in using UpStreamLife services or otherwise asked to be contacted by a UpStreamLife’ service provider/partners, UpStreamLife may also transfer User details such as name, email address, phone number and company name to UpStreamLife official partners, for the purpose of contacting the User to offer their assistance and services.
- Browser Data: UpStreamLife may use User browser data to customize the experience and for statistical, security and legal purposes.

UpStreamLife will take all reasonable steps to permanently delete User personal information, except when UpStreamLife is required to keep it for legal reasons (typically, for administration, billing and tax reporting reasons).

- Account & Contact Data: UpStreamLife will only retain such data as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, as laid out in this policy, including any legal retention period, or as long as necessary to carry out a legitimate and reasonable promotion of Services.
- Browser Data: UpStreamLife does not store this data. No server-side session information is stored.
